What we process
- Identity: names, date of birth, nationality, gender
- Passport: number, expiry, cover and photo page images, biometric photo
- Contact: email, phone
- Travel: entry date, visa type; optional hotel and flight documents
- Payment: transaction record processed by Stripe; card data never touches our servers
- Technical: IP address, browser and language, activity logs

- Receiving, checking and filing your application with the UAE authorities (contract)
- Status notifications and visa delivery (contract)
- Invoicing and statutory record keeping (legal obligation)
- Fraud prevention and security (legitimate interest)
- Transfer of passport data to the UAE (explicit consent)

- TravelDistro (application processing platform) and the UAE visa authorities (GDRFA/ICP)
- Stripe for payments
- Vercel and Neon for hosting and database
- Resend for email notifications
- Public authorities where legally required
Retention
- Documents and the visa PDF: deleted 90 days after the travel date
- Passport number and date of birth: stored encrypted, masked once the application closes
- Order, payment and invoice records: statutory periods (at least 5 years)
