2. Buyer
The person who enters the contact details and pays in the application wizard. When applying for several travellers, the Buyer confirms it provides their data with their knowledge and consent.
3. Subject of the service
Receiving a Dubai (UAE) tourist visa application, checking the documents, filing the application with the UAE authorities through the authorised channel, status tracking and delivery of the outcome (visa PDF). The Seller is an intermediary; the decision rests solely with the UAE authorities and approval is not guaranteed.
4. Fees and payment
The fee is shown at the payment step in the selected currency (USD on the international site, TRY on the Turkish site) with all components (official fee, service charge, express surcharge if selected). Payment is taken by card via Stripe with 3D Secure where required. Card data is never stored by the Seller.
5. Performance
The application is submitted for automatic checks after payment. Our 90-day averages are 3 business days for standard and 24 hours for express; these are indicative, not a commitment.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
The service is deemed performed once the application is filed with the consulate ("applied"). Before filing, the Buyer may cancel from the tracking page and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. After filing there is no withdrawal and no refund under any circumstances, including a refusal by the consulate. The Buyer accepts this rule with a separate checkbox at payment. If no action is taken within 14 days while waiting on the Buyer, the application lapses and the fee is refunded automatically.
7. Buyer obligations
- Enter details exactly as in the passport; the Seller is not liable for refusals or delays caused by incorrect data.
- Provide genuine, current and legible documents.
- Hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the entry date.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the service fee paid. The Seller is not liable for travel, ticket or accommodation losses arising from a visa refusal, delay or any decision of the UAE authorities.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights in the Buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
